Beamer is a mature, calm guy. He loves his walks, or jogs, and does well on leash. He really enjoys sniffing around and exploring. He is even-tempered and friendly. He is gentle with his affection and likes to cuddle in for some hugs and pats. He is eager to please his human and knows several commands.  Beamer will always let you know what he wants by putting his paw on you – it’s so cute, especially if there are treats involved and he knows where they are.  He has managed to maintain his house training at the shelter, too.  He rarely, if ever, does his business in his kennel, holding it in for his walks or brief times outside his kennel.  Here is an older guy who would be a wonderful companion.
