Meet Wrangler

If you're looking for a dog who's got both a brain and a sense of humor, let us introduce you to Wrangler! This 4.5-year-old goofball is a mystery mix - we're guessing part heeler, but we do know he’s full of charm.

Wrangler is a pro at playing with toys and loves a good walk, but his true talent lies in his ability to train humans. He's very particular when it comes to taking treats - don't even think about handing him one. The proper way is to toss it in the air and watch him catch it. It makes the treats more delicious

Wrangler is so smart! On our organized volunteer walks, he’s got it all figured out. He'll stop dead in his tracks, make direct eye contact with the person who he knows is a good thrower, and just stare until they give in. (it doesn’t usually take long - he has our volunteers trained well)

He also prefers to rock a harness for his walks, instead of a regular leash. If you’re ready to meet your match in wits and fun, Wrangler is the guy for you! He’s smart, picky, and full of love. Come meet this hilarious boy and see if you can pass his treat-tossing test!
