This little senior guy has been in foster care for an extended time but, unfortunately, circumstances required that he be returned to the shelter. His eye-sight is probably limited to shadows and he is also hearing impaired, which makes him a special-needs dog. He gets around ok, but he needs to know that someone is looking after him and keeping him safe. It is always disheartening when our senior pets become homeless. Brownie would require little maintenance. What he needs is a warm bed, a soft voice and some tender loving care at this final stage of life.
