Get ready for The Purrmanent Event - a one-day-only celebration of fresh ink, fresh cuts, and forever homes! 

Join us on March 21st on 3rd Street in downtown Elkins for a fun-filled day benefiting RCHS.  

3rd Street Tattoo

3rd Street Tattoo will be offering walk-ins ONLY from 10 am – 8 pm for:

  • Tattoos   

  • Piercings

  • Permanent jewelry

The Color Bar

Hair services will be available from 10 am – 5 pm:

  • Regular haircut – $20

  • Skin fade – $25

Walk-ins are welcome, or you can book ahead through the Square app (link in bio).

Fancy Paws

From 10 am - 5 pm, meet adorable adoptable pets and find your new best friend!

  • Adopt a dog → receive 2 FREE self-serve baths
  • Adopt a cat → receive 2 FREE nail trims

Kitty Carrowick will also be on hand to help your pet create a one-of-a-kind piece of art!

  • RCHS merch and specialty event t-shirts available for purchase

  • Stuffies will be available for adoption

  • Donations from the RCHS wish lists gladly accepted
