Join us for Paddle for Pets on Saturday, June 27 in Buckhannon, WV!

The day starts with kayak drop-off at the Hampton Boat Dock between 9 and 10 am.

After drop-off, head over to the River Walk to park, register, and sign your waiver. Registration fee is $30.

From there, our shuttle will take you back to the launch point.

Then it’s time to relax and enjoy a 4.5 mile float down the river back to the River Walk.

At the River Walk, we'll have adoptable pets to meet and fun RCHS merch to check out before, during, and after the float!

Don't have a kayak? No problem! Below are a few local outfitters that offer kayak rentals, making it easy to join the float without owning your own equipment.

Yak Shak | 304-437-0826 (Belington)
Explore WV | 304-566-9613 (Bridgeport)

Float Covered

RCHS is partnering with the American Canoe Association to provide insurance coverage for everyone participating in the float.

As part of registration, all participants are required to read and sign a waiver. Please take a moment to review the ACA waiver.
